Yota Bletzaki has been an active member of the Yoga community since 1992. She undertook her first training under the Satyananda System in Greece (Certificate in Yogic Studies). In 1998 she realized her studies in BYB ( Institute of Advanced Studies in Yogic Sciences ), the first Yoga University in India , from where she got her diploma as a Yoga Teacher. Due to her strong will to deepen her knowledge in the science of Yoga, she attended the Educational Program "AYURVEDIC HEALING" in the AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF VEDIC STUDIES of DR.David Frawly.

She has been trained as a psychotherapist next to Michel Lobrot, on NDI system (Non directing Intervening Psychotherapy and Group Encouragement). In addition, she has been trained in Rejuvance from Julie Hardenberg and practices the technique under Body Work and holistic health and beauty approach. She has also been trained by Tima Vlastou in esoteric astrology.

She currently and consistently works as a Yoga teacher, consultant of Ayurveda, organizing group or personal yoga classes, seminars and personal sessions in psychotherapy and therapeutic Rejuvance. She has a specialty in Yoga and Health issues. Moreover, she has strong links with experienced professionals and groups from the area of Yoga, psychotherapy, Rejuvance and the Holistic - Alternative therapies.

She steadily keeps contact to all the sources of her education, making herself up-to-date and further educating herself within Greece and abroad, with the constant aim to keep her work in high professional standards. She is Member of the EYF (European Yoga Fellowship).
